A leap year (or intercalary year) is a year containing one or more extra days (or, in case of lunisolar calendars, an extra month) in order to keep the calendar year synchronised with the astronomical or seasonal year.

i was on the bus this afternoon and the trailer for movie The Leap Year was showing. And till now, the background music accompaniment still rings in my ear. It would be quite pleasantly sweet if me and a someone agreed to meet up the next leap year and anticipate the arrival of this once in 4 years moment. By then i would be 25 years old. wow.
